We have had special guest speakers from all over the country graduating from such law schools as Cornell and Berkely among others- being able to meet and communicate is an invaluable asset going into the Pre-Law track and law school in the future. Your connections will get you far!

Likeminded Peers

In all of our Pre-Law Society meetings you are surrounded by peers who are looking into the same career as you- fostering a sense of camaraderie in organizations and no doubt people you will be in class with can be a wonderful way to find friends who think and value the same things as you!

LSAT PREP

LSAT information, prep, and discounted prep material opportunities are also widely publicized and made available to members of the Pre-Law Society at Baylor that can help you get a leg up on your LSAT and improve your scores!

Social Events

We hold a variety of social events every semester, the latest being a Pre-Law Olympics, using our knowledge of the law school admissions process and how long we can keep balloons in the air, fun is always had at our events

Law School Days

Prestigious Law schools from across the country periodically come to Baylor to discuss their programs and processes of admissions with us. This year we were able to welcome among other schools Harvard Law and the University of Texas at Austin- both within the top 50 law schools in the United States!

Service Opportunities

We have several service opportunities throughout the semester. We are involved in Baylor University's day of service called Steppin' Out each semester and have service events of our own, just recently we cleaned around the Cameron Park Zoo!

OUR VISION

The Pre- Law Society at Baylor strives to engage and help Baylor Pre-Law students on their path to law school and through their undergraduate degrees. By making resources like LSAT prep courses and events available regularly, law school visits, service events, alumni meetings, social events and more the path to law school has never been more accessible and more fun.

We strive to promote information about careers in law and law school as well as how to get there. This could be exploring different areas of law, discussing with peers of similar interests, or adding a minor in Legal Reasoning and Analysis, however, you decide to engage with the path to law school no one is ever too early, or too late, we are always here to help you become prepared for your next step!
